General Questions

Infinity flowers are preserved real flowers that last years.

Specific Questions

No. For the ideal appearance of the roses, customers cannot take the roses out of the box. They are happy in there and meant to stay inside for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. During the creation of each custom rose arrangement, the roses are meticulously placed within the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.
Avoid direct exposure with sunlight Avoid humidity and store them in room temperature If you notice that your roses are looking a little dusty after a few months, then you can lightly remove the dust using a duster. Infinity Flowers do not need any water.
Direct sunlight will cause the color on your preserved flowers to fade. DO NOT expose it directly to sunlight.
As with most plants, keeping your preserved rose too near an artificial light source can cause damage to your flowers. The heat of the light can cause the dye to melt and the petals to burn. Make sure you do not keep your arrangement too near hot light sources.
Preserved flowers tend to become dry and brittle in dry environments. Things such as heat radiation systems or hot & dry winds will dehydrate your preserved flowers.
As long as you follow all instructions on the questions above properly, your infinty flowers will last up to 3-5 years.
Having coloration on your fingers and hands after handling your roses for example is completely normal. Don't worry though, our dyes are safe and are not toxic. Your rose won't lose its color as a result from handling it. If coloration in your skin occurs, wash your hands properly with water and soap and the dye will go away.
After the preservation process is over, roses no longer carry any pollen in them. Our preserved roses are safe for people who suffer from pollen allergies.
